1. PAYMENT METHODS
In our online store, gallery-s.com, you can pay for your order in the following ways:
a) by offer (contract)/invoice (by general payment or Internet banking) on IBAN: HR8723860021100515017 (shipping costs are borne by Gallery S)
b) cash on delivery – soon
c) credit card – soon
d) PayPal – soon
The purchase contract is concluded at the time of receipt of payment.
• If you bid on the offer (invoice), after you have created your order on your email, you will receive all the payment information you need. Your order reserves the item and quantity. The usual payment model is 01 (payment per account), but some banks have their tags. If the order is filing an error, it is best to contact your bank. Enter the order number (received on your order confirmation email) in the recipient’s call number. This number is used for faster linking of your order payment. The usual time to confirm transactions between banks is 48 hours. Pastorala d.o.o. keeps reservation for 3 days. The reservation can be extended to your request if you contact us at info@galerija-s.com. The goods are delivered after the payment is visible in our account. Shipping costs are borne by Gallery S.
2. ORDER
The goods are ordered via an electronic form. The online store is always open for ordering and there is no working time for orders. Click “Order” on the product you want to buy and then fill out the electronic order form (located for each product under the tag Authors) and you will be notified by email of the order you made.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered when ordering the product.
Pastorala d.o.o. is obliged to deliver all the ordered products which, at the time of delivery, are in stock. If Pastorala d.o.o. is unable to deliver any of the products ordered, it will contact the buyer of the goods by phone or email. All other ordered products will be delivered.
3. DELIVERY
We ship the product using one of the courier services immediately upon receipt of payment.
4. RETURN AND RECLAMATION
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can refer the complaint to the following email address: info@galerija-s.com; in addition, you can do so in writing to: Pastorala d.o.o., M.P.Miškine 69, 48000 Koprivnica or by phone (+385 91 762 3371).
Buyer has the right to return goods in the following cases:
• delivery of goods not ordered
• delivery of goods that has a fault or damage.
Ordered goods will be arranged in a way that can not be damaged by common manipulation in transportation.
Upon receiving the goods, the validation of the goods that were ordered depends on the buyer. Please compare the received items with your account. If something is missing, contact your supplier immediately on the following email address: info@galerija-s.com or by phone (+385 91 762 3371). In the event of the inability to deliver another goods, Pastorala d.o.o. will reimburse the buyer for its costs of returning the goods and the value of the goods it is no longer able to deliver. Buyer is obliged to return the advertised product to Pastorala d.o.o. within 14 days of written complaint. Seller is obliged to replace the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product or return the total amount paid to the buyer.
Pastorala d.o.o. accepts the return of the damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its expense if it is found that the complaint is justified and that the buyer has not affected the correctness, damage or any lack of merchandise. In the case of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with the new product is entirely borne by Pastorala d.o.o. Refunds will be made in the same way that the payment was made.
The web shop does not guarantee that the photos of the product fully correspond to the appearance of the product itself. Photos are of an illustrative nature and do not have to match the actual layout and content of the product and the buyer of such products can not advertise on that basis.
5. PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
Pastorala d.o.o. is committed to keep all the personal data of the user permanently. Pastorala d.o.o. will use the personal information exclusively for order fulfillment (sending informative content, offers, accounts) and other necessary communications. In no case will the user data be disclosed to unauthorized persons.

The Online Store of galerija-s.com and all data, documents, information, content, product images, graphics and video elements on the site are protected by the Copyright and other intellectual property rights and are not permitted to be reproduced or used (except for personal use and other non-commercial purposes) without prior written approval.
