Josipa Krolo

Josipa Krolo (Split, 1992) received her master’s degree in 2018 at the Art Academy of the University of Split. She exhibited at several solo and group exhibitions in Croatia and abroad, among which are: solo exhibition Postseason (PM Gallery, Kahan Art Space Budapest, Salon Galić), Erste fragments 18 (Lauba), 6th Painting Biennial (Meštrović Pavilion), Art Zagreb (Nikola Tesla Technical Museum), Adorn (1831 Gallery, Paris), Independent Biennial (Cankarjev dom, Ljubljana), 35th Youth Salon (Meštrović Pavilion), The Graphic Art Biennial of Szeklerland (Romania), Bridges: New Painting (Lauba) , Family of No Man, (Arles, France). She participated in the VR Incubator residency in Podstrana in 2018, in the De/construction of image residency in Leipzig in 2019, and in the Cité des arts residency in Paris in 2021. Member of HDLU, HULU and HZSU. Winner of the ArtConnect Magazine Unseen award. Her works are in the collections of Erste Bank and the Eva Kahan Foundation.
